Are you passionate about women’s football and eager to play a key role in shaping the careers of talented players and coaches? We are looking for an ambitious and passionate agent to join our expanding team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with professional football players, guiding them through every step of their career. From scouting and signing new talents to negotiating contracts, advising in career planning and creating opportunities—you’ll be at the heart of their journey.
You’ll manage your own portfolio of players while relying on the support of a dedicated team and FLOWSPORTS's extensive network to deliver top-tier guidance. Beyond the deals, you’ll be a trusted advisor, helping players grow and achieve their dreams both on and off the pitch.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for women’s football who thrives on building meaningful connections. You should be confident in negotiations, proactive in seeking opportunities and adaptable to the dynamic nature of the sports industry. Experience in sports management or player representation is highly valued, but what matters most is your love for the game and commitment to making a difference.
Flexibility is essential, as the role will involve travel and irregular working hours. Fluency in English is required and additional languages will be a bonus.
To legally represent players in football-related transactions like transfers or contract negotiations, you must have a FIFA-issued licence. If you don’t have such a licence, FLOWSPORTS will, if proven suitable, offer guidance to help you obtain one.
